My two cents asked:
I envision a wind-turbined car? Turbines built in the grill or on the sides similar to engines on a jet. The wind somehow would push the pistons up and down with wind. Pressure relief valves used for excess pressure. It would also create electricity for the electrical parts of the car. It would only take a small amount of gas to start the car. Once the car is moving and the fans are in motions, it would switch over to wind-turbine.
