Going Green
Jiffy Feet asked:

Mine are… lots of pollen this year!
Loveable - as far as wearing shoes, I wear them all winter. When the weather is sunny and in the 70s, I just love to take advantage of it and go barefoot around my house as much as possible. The grass and earth feel so good, especially when you garden.

I have a couple of big ones, and lots of small, about an inch. This happened to me last year in Colorado, we have such a short growing season. My vines get large and beautiful with lots of tomatoes and then it freezes. Is there anything I can do this year or different next year? Please help, thanks.

I have 2 herbert azleas that I planted 2 years ago and then today I planted another one and noticed how unhealthy the older ones looked. They do have buds on them but have some brown leaves and are not nearly as green as the new one. Any suggestions?
